EMASS is an integrated and systematic approach to save energy by considering economic and environmental objectives. Our experts will help you to achieve this cost effectively without compromising energy requirement.

EMASS EMS process as mentioned below.

  1. Retro-Commissioning – Our energy experts will interview the plant managers and other key stakeholders to understand the key problem and undergo a detailed site survey to study the current process.
  2. Upon studying the plant operation process and understanding the load particulars, EMASS -MS solution will be tailored to suit the plant’s application.
  3.  EMASS – MS will be used to record and analyze the data for 12 weeks and the data will be brainstormed and processed using EMASS Analytical tool.
  4. Based on the available information following corrective actions will be taken by us.
  • Lighting Upgrade
  • Recommending Zero / Low-Cost changes in the plant to save energy
  • Upgrading Air Distribution system.
  • Troubleshoot / Upgrade the exciting HVAC system.
